  3. Eeeeewwwwwww - I'm with you, Dani!
Are they as big as the ones they grow in Florida?
And I also agree with the other comment, there has to be a bigger story behind this....would love to hear it ;-)

    Hugs to you this day!

  4. No great story.... just a cockroach (or his identical relatives) who has been terrifying me at off moments in the house... (always when I'm alone!) and I finally killed him last night. Some day I want to marry a man who will kill bugs for me. It is my dream. It is the first question I will ask him when there is an inkling in my mind that I may want to marry him... "will you kill bugs for your wife--gallantly and uncomplainingly-- some day?"

  5. Well, the King (not Jesus or Elvis, but Abdullah) gave us the day off so thought I'd
catch up on your life. And it starts off with roaches! Haha. Inspiring! :-)

Roaches used to give me the chills. But over the years I've acclimate and they're my friends now

    ......- NOT. :-)

Actually my place is kept so spotless that I rarely see roaches. Steam cleaned floors every weekend; Items in the pantry spaced out so no nasties can hide there - all inspired by roaches.

But I've matured over the years and now can kill them in one fell hit! Form, style and approach are important -it's like a little ballet of death! But I aspire to one day be like my domestic help who catches them with a bare hand and flushes them. (Before you ask, he's married already and he's a Christian so he can only have one wife - so I won't pass your name on to him. :-) )

Also, I've tried training the dogs to eat them, but they just sniff it and look at me like "I"m not going to touch that!". Then they'll turn around and lick bird droppings off the back porch (yech). Go figure!

    ...now, what about mice?

  6. What...!? My mysterious friend disappears and turns up months later working in the court of King Abdullah!? Intriguing, indeed. :)

"A ballet of death"... Yes. They seem to have a mind of their own. Calculating, manipulative little minds.

  7. Yep. Just call me your delinquent international-man-of-mystery.

...and more like a foreign subject than a courtier. :-) But well-kept none-the-less!
